1) Age requirement (Canada)
Our service is intended only for people who are at least the legal gambling age in their location. In Canada, some gambling activities are restricted to adults and certain venues (such as casinos) have a minimum entry age of 20. To use our service, you must be 19+, and if a higher minimum age applies to you (for example due to venue rules or local requirements), you must meet that higher age.
2) How we gate and verify age
- Age affirmation: we may require you to confirm your date of birth or that you meet the minimum age before accessing features or creating an account.
- Account signals: we may review account information and usage patterns for indicators of underage access.
- Checks and review: we may request additional information to confirm age (for example, a government-issued ID). Where permitted, we may also use third-party verification checks.
- Ongoing monitoring: we may re-check or re-verify where needed (e.g., suspicious activity or a report is received).
3) If we suspect or confirm underage use
- We may restrict access, place the account under review, or suspend the account while we verify age.
- If underage use is confirmed, we will close the account and may remove access to content or features. Any virtual items or balances (if applicable) have no cash value and are not refundable.
- We may retain limited information as required for safety, fraud prevention, record-keeping, and legal compliance.
4) How to report underage access
If you are a parent/guardian or user and believe a minor is accessing our service, contact us as soon as possible. Please include (if available): username, email/phone linked to the account, and why you believe the user is underage.
