- You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items
- “Virtual Currency” (e.g., coins/credits) and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold.
- They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for money or items of value.
- We may modify, remove, or re-balance Virtual Currency or game features at any time, including for maintenance and fairness.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions (If Offered)
- Pricing, taxes (including GST where applicable), and renewal terms will be shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically until cancelled through your account settings or the platform used for purchase.
- Refunds: where digital content is supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds may not apply. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and Competition Act.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, account trading, or interfering with the Service.
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; harassment; or deceptive conduct.
- Attempting to access systems or data without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, and content. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for entertainment, subject to these Terms.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (and Virtual Currency balances) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, to comply with law, or to protect users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Canada law (including applicable consumer guarantees).
9. Disputes, Complaints & Governing Law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Canada courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
